Scamming concern
- - Previously I could add funds to my TVG account.
- - Now I can't deposit funds; I'm asked for banking and driver's license information.
For the longest while, I was able to add funds to my TVG account.
I'm now unable to deposit funds into this account. Why am I now being asked to submit my banking and driver's license information? Is this legitimate or a scam of some kind?

Can’t login to ipad
- - I can't login due to an old email on file.
- - I need to update my TVG email to log in.
- - I spent about 3 hours on this with no progress.
No live agents, they blame Covid 19, poor excuse for not caring about their customers!
Answer the phone, Covid was in 2019. There should be a customer service agent ready to deal with issues related to TVG.
I cant login because I have an old email on file and cant retrieve this email. I need to update my TVG email so that I can log into the account.
Its very disappointing having at least wasted 3 hours trying to fix this issue and I havent gotten anywhere. Terrible way to treat the customer!

Deposits
- - I used a debit Mastercard to deposit funds before.
- - TVG no longer accepts debit cards.
- - Prepaid cards won't accept Visa; my card is Mastercard.
I have a debit master card I have been using to deposit funds in my betting account. You state that TVG no longer accepts debit cards.
I tried deposit through pre paid cards and it said it wont take a Visa card. My card is a master card.

Haven't been able access tv app nor my account for several days
