Because I can’t get anybody to help me to get back on Tvg my account is enabled. Nobody will call. Nobody will message. You’re the best app but the worst support team.

My account got closed because you guys had a problem with the deposit structure and when I used the alternativemethod, apparently you didnt receive the money and you close the account resulting from the original issue that you guys had with receiving deposits the way you used to do it. This is abuse of a good customer. I am every loser by what I have been put through; even this not being able to talk to a live person is not right.
