Terrible
Only contact is through email and have to wait 48 hours to get a response. The response then tells you what needs to be done to change an address and what documents are needed.
You send them and have to wait another 48 hours. Originally I made a deposit and it said failed I tried again and it failed , it advised maybe your card or address is changed which was the case. I checked my bank account and both transactions were taken out but not reflected in my TVG account.
I called the bank to stop payment. 48 hours to get resolve ?

I love communicating when I talk to them in our chat.
Also, I love the traffic and more. I also like it when it's derby time and Kentucky Derby China.

Trying to get a hold of a live person is impossible. TVG was bad, but now that Fanduel is way worse.

I deposited Money yesterday on the races and it has not registered
My cousin deposited money on my tvg horse racing account and it didn't go through yesterday. We tried putting it back on the pay pal account and y'all took it off

If you are not tec savvy you have no chance to resolve issues including getting my money from them.also I have limited use of my hands just writing this is a chore so all the chat and e mail is not convenient at all.they are wasting my weekend holding up my money .i cant sign in because of their updates,so I cant request payment.A simple phone call and it would be done and I would not be shopping for their replacement
