- - Passcode isn't recorded and the system says it's wrong, though I know it's correct.
- - Want quick, easy self-service passcode reset.
It looks like it wouldn't record my passcode, and it says it was wrong, and I know it's not. I just need to get it reset by one of you all.

Preferred solution: Information on how I can log back into my account it didn’t work when I used my regular numbers

Credit card issue
my mistake i made a deposit thinking iused an expired credit card when i actually use direct deposit so therefore the problem is solved.

Because I can’t get anybody to help me to get back on Tvg my account is enabled. Nobody will call. Nobody will message. You’re the best app but the worst support team.

My account not working
- - Account closed after a deposit-structure issue and failed deposits.
- - Call back at 518791-**** to reset the account and address the issue.
My account got closed because you guys had a problem with the deposit structure and when I used the alternativemethod, apparently you didnt receive the money and you close the account resulting from the original issue that you guys had with receiving deposits the way you used to do it. Ive never had a problem for years.I need someone to call me back 518791-****.
I need one. I need someone to call me back and tell me what we need to do to reset the account thank you.

I can't withdraw a portion of my money in my account; this is my money, no promotions either. One winning bet and direct money from my bank account, all this since your credit card outage.
This is abuse of a good customer. I am every loser by what I have been put through; even this not being able to talk to a live person is not right.

- - I wanted to speak with a customer care rep to add a debit card.
The automated system was not very helpful to me. I am 70 years old and not very familiar with these modern ways of doing business. I just wanted to talk to a customer care person to help me with adding a debit card to my account.
I am not comfortable putting my bank card on in a system that will not let me speak to one of their customer support representatives.
